Data controller
The controller is the supplier identified below. Requests may be submitted to info@sesavo.com or the stated registered address/registered email. Until official business details are complete, this notice is marked incomplete and checkout remains unavailable.
Data, purposes and legal grounds
Name, email, phone, billing address and necessary tax/identity information are processed to enter into and perform the contract and satisfy invoicing duties. Order, plan, payment reference and agreement version support payment matching, delivery and protection of rights. SESAVO does not receive card numbers or CVV.
Session and security records support legitimate interests in service security and abuse prevention; mandatory records support legal obligations; dispute records support establishing, exercising or defending rights. Optional marketing requires separate permission and is not a condition of service.
Collection and recipients
Data is collected electronically through forms, account actions, transaction records and enabled integrations. Purpose-limited recipients may include iyzico for payment, the enabled email provider, hosting/database providers and legally authorized authorities. AI tools send the data required for the requested job to the selected provider.
International processing and retention
Hosting, email and selected AI providers may process data internationally. Applicable transfer conditions and safeguards under Article 9 are required; viewing this notice alone is not transfer consent. Data is retained only as needed for its purpose and legal duties. Order and pre-information evidence is kept as required; unnecessary data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11, rights include information about processing, purposes and recipients; correction; deletion/destruction where legally applicable and notification to recipients; objection to automated analysis and compensation for harm. Requests are generally answered within 30 days. Provide only enough information to verify identity and identify the transaction, never passwords or card details.
