What is recorded?
Forms record your name, email, company, optional website, role or topic and message. Form type, language, submission time and permission preferences are also stored. A non-reversible digest of your email address is used for request limits.
Why is it used?
Details are used to review your request and contact you. Marketing permission is separate and optional; it is not a condition of your contact request.
Where is it stored?
Submissions are encrypted in an access-restricted database and are not publicly accessible. Hosting services may process technical access logs.
Cookies and tracking
The application does not place advertising or analytics cookies. Private-access infrastructure may use necessary session cookies.

Request access, correction or deletion through the contact form using the topic “Data request”. Identity verification may be required before processing.
